Two large tables were covered with free handouts about the trail and the landscapes through which it passes. Most of the handouts were picked up by attendees before and after the presentation. The audience was very interested to learn more about our trail and many of them had visited the nearby provinces of New Brunswick, Quebec, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia.

One of Anja’s classes now has the responsibility of maintaining several miles of our trail in the towns of Easton and Fort Fairfield and the Fort Fairfield Border Campsite. Dave Rand, long time Maine Chapter Board member also attended the presentation.
